Journey 2
During Journey 2, the use of technology creates a whole new element of learning. Students are actively engaged and obtain a lot more verses teaching students in a traditional way.
ECI 546- Voice Thread is amazing! Incorporating voice thread into lessons adds a whole new level of engagement. My students learned the technique of sequencing stories using voice thread. Below is a movie my partner and I created answering the question: How can our students learn to sequence events of a story using voice thread?.

ECI 523- Conducting an action research allowed me to further research the effects using technonolgy has on students' engagement. The outcomes were remarkable. A student with Autism had a difficulty in sustaining his engagement more than 4 minutes. When I incorporated the Smartboard, his engagement lasted on average for 10 minutes.
